Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern use of the Babalridha Management portal operated by Babalridha Institute. The portal is available only to authorized Babalridha Institute staff and students who are at least 13 years old. By using the portal, you agree to these terms and to follow institute policies.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login information private and for activity performed through your account. Tell Babalridha Institute promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass access controls.
Acceptable use
You may use the portal only for legitimate institute, educational, and administrative purposes. You must not misuse the portal, upload malicious or unlawful content, interfere with its operation, access records without authorization, or use information obtained through the portal for harassment, discrimination, or unauthorized commercial activity.
Educational and portal information
The portal provides administrative tools and records for institute use. Information may be subject to correction, review, or change by authorized institute personnel. The portal should not be treated as the sole source of information for urgent, safety-critical, or time-sensitive decisions.
Connected calendars
You may connect a Google or Microsoft calendar voluntarily. You authorize the relevant provider to share calendar data with the portal according to the permissions shown during connection. You are responsible for reviewing those permissions and disconnecting the integration when you no longer want calendar data displayed.
Intellectual property
The portal, its software, design, branding, and institute content belong to Babalridha Institute or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable right to use the portal for authorized institute purposes; they do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the portal.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances beyond the institute’s reasonable control. Features, content, and these terms may be updated as the portal evolves.
Suspension or termination
Babalridha Institute may suspend or end access when a person leaves the institute, violates these terms or institute policies, creates a security risk, or when access is otherwise no longer appropriate. You may stop using the portal at any time.
